Meat Hook Membership Agreement
This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Meat Hook (“Company”) and the individual (“Member”) who agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
1. Membership Enrollment
By enrolling in the Meat Hook Membership Program, the Member agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
Membership is available to individuals aged 18 and above.
2. Membership Tiers and Benefits
The Company offers three membership tiers: Bronze Hook, Silver Hook, and Gold Hook.
Each tier provides specific benefits, which may include monthly meat boxes, discounts, early access to products, and invitations to exclusive events.
3. Membership Fees
Membership fees are charged on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the selected plan.
Fees are non-refundable and subject to change with prior notice to the Member.
4. Monthly Meat Box
Members will receive a curated selection of meats based on their membership tier.
The Company reserves the right to modify the contents and delivery schedule of the monthly meat box.
5. Discounts and Promotions
Members are entitled to exclusive discounts on purchases.
Discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
6. Early Access and Events
Members will receive early access to new products and special promotions.
Invitations to exclusive events are for members only and are non-transferable.
7. Membership Term and Renewal
Membership is ongoing and will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled by the Member.
Members may cancel their membership at any time through their account settings. Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
8. Privacy and Data Use
The Company collects and uses personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
The Company will not share Member information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
9. Changes to Agreement
The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time.
Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through their account.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
